Operating Information:

Anyone born on or after JAN. 1, 1989 is required to complete a boating safety course to legally operate any motorized boat or PWC on Wisconsin waters.

Renters and drivers must be 25 years of age. All drivers must be listed on contract prior to renting. Valid driver's license is required.
Payment(s) / Refund:
-
A $200.00 deposit paid in advance to hold reservations. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in.
-
A 60-day notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund, less $50.00 processing fee.
-
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to rental forfeit the full deposit.
-
Weather related cancelations (discretion of owner) can be subject to a refund minus $50.00.

We take Credit Cards for payment. (See Credit Card fees below)

Credit Cards accepted with 3% convenience fee--Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Rates do NOT include tax. Applicable taxes will be added to your balance.

A Credit Card will be put on file for any damage that may occur while the rental agreement is in effect.
Delivery / Pickup:

FREE delivery on Shell Lake. Delivery to other lakes available for a fee (please call for more information).

Renters should be at pick-up and drop off locations 10 minutes early to expedite the delivery and return inspections.

Late DROP OFF times of 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled for same day (if time allows) or void the rental with no refund.

Late fees for PICK UP are $50.00 per 15 minutes.
Other Info:

Renter assumes all risks and will be responsible for 100% of all costs and expenses arising from the use and possession of all rentals. Renter is responsible for any accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rental.

Cleaning of the watercraft when returned excessively dirty and requires more than basic cleaning, (such as but not limited to; food on floor, stains requiring special cleaning, spilled drinks leaving a sticky residue, excessive sand on floor from anchor and feet, remnants of fishing / worms / dirt / blood). A $50.00 minimum fee for additional cleaning will be deducted or charged to the credit card on file.
